Welcome to Rowanvale. Your hosts, Bob and Kate Fraser, welcome you to their home on the outskirts of Inverness, overlooking the Nairn valley and the railway viaduct. 

Rowanvale is a newly built guest house on the outskirts of Inverness, the capital of the Highlands, and is ideally situated for the traveller, offering excellent air, road and rail links with all that the Highlands of Scotland has to offer. Rowanvale offers en-suite accommodation, central heating and private balconies overlooking the valley of the river Nairn.

Bob and Kate aim to offer exceptional service in comfortable and relaxing surroundings and to ensure that guests feel relaxed and comfortable during their stay.

Bob has travelled around most of Scotland during his life and would happily offer his experience in drawing up touring itineraries for guests, should they so wish.
